I was walking..
early Sunday morning
before the crack of dawn
lady night all but gone

Not a person around
not a word or sound
bustling with quiet vitality
permeating with ethereal creativity

With fresh dew sliding on the leaves
chirping birds in and out of the trees
I came by a pond…calm and still
with a lazy tortoise peeking out of its shell

I kicked a stone covered with moss
a disturbed bunny scurried across
with a busy woodpecker pecking on an old bark
adding to the hubbub triggered by a divine spark

Waching the sunrise
filling up the skies
and breaking up the dawn
with its light brightly shone

The time passed by while the moment stood still
as if coordinated by some magic will
faster than a meteor trace
yet immersed in this harmonic grace
